Scope of Work: Carrying out the work of digitisation of enrolment forms and other various election related office works.
Job description: To complete digitization of application forms on ERONET SYSTEM in the 18 Assembly Constituencies of Thane District.
Estimated data entry work: Approx. 4 to 5 Lakhs electors or above.
Time-frame: 360 days from work order or as per specifications mentioned.

Tenders should contain technical information such as:
1. The E-tender form fee & EMD amount to be paid by online system i.e. e-payment system
2. Copy of valid labour license from Central /State Labour Commissioner under the contract labour (R&A) Act-1970 and the contract labour (Regulation and Abolition) Central Rule 1971.
3. Copy of PAN Card along with Income Tax Returns filed for the financial year 2018-19, 2019-2020 & 2020- 2021
4. Copy of EPF registration certificate with proof of up-to-date payment.
5. Copy of valid ESI registration certificate with proof of up-to-date payment.
6. Copy of GST registration alongwith GST no. with proof of up-to-date payment and return up to March 2023
7. The bidders should have turnover of Rs. 50 lakhs for each of the last two financial years i.e. 2019-2020, 2020-2021 & 2021-2022. The tenderer shall submit Audited annual accounts for the assesment year 2020 - 2021, 2021-2022 & 2022-23.
8. The tenderer must have experience of supplying skilled manpower to Governemnt organization specifically in MMR (Mumbai Metropolitan Areas) regions which includes Mumbai, Thane, Palghar, Raigad Districts. Supply of skilled manpower for election related nworks in MMR region will be preferred.
9. The tenderer must have work experience in MMR region i.e. Mumbai, Thane, Raigad, Palghar districts.
10. Tenderer should furnish work experience certificate in the form of Completion of Work satisfactorily
Earnest Money Deposit
The EMD payment to be done by e-payment system to the A/c of Dy District Election Officer, Thane The Earnest Money Deposit is non-interest bearing and is refundable to the unsuccessful Tenderer. The successful Tenderer’s EMD will be discharged upon the tenderer executing the contract and furnishing the performance security.
