HSVP (Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran) inviting E-tender for providing security, housekeeping and office manpower on contracts for gymkhana club, Kurukshetra via eprocurement Haryana.

Special NOTE from tender inviting authority:
- E-Tender forms can be downloaded from the Website https://etenders.hry.nic.in
- The Bidders will submit the technical bids manually with earnest money (for all the clubs) in Gymkhana Club, Sec-8, Kurukshetra.
- The firms should have GST, PAN No. EPF & ESI etc. Regd. numbers where essential.
- The Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason.

As per tender haryana, terms & conditions for bidders:
1 Firm should have Registration No., EPF, ESIC No, PAN No & GST No. Photocopies of above are required to be enclosed along with Technical Bid.
2. Annual Turnover of the firm/Co./ agency should be minimum of Rs. 50 Lacs for the last three years i.e. 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22. A certificate from the Chartered Accountant, showing clear figures of turnover in respect of agency/firm is to be submitted with technical BID. The Balance-sheet should be certified from Chartered Accountant.
3. The agency/firm should have at least 3 year experience in the relevant field in Government department/Gymkhana club otherwise their tender forms will be rejected.

4. The earnest money amounting to Rs.50000 is to be submitted with hard copy of Technical Bid.
5. (A) Part I Technical bid will be opened on specified date and time as given in the Advertisement.
5. (B) Part II Price bid will be opened of only those bidder(s) whose Part-I i.e. Technical Bid is found to be in order/ acceptable by Management.
6. The agency/firm will appoint experienced and qualified staff. The contractor will give a separate undertaking that the appointed staff will work with his firm.
7. The allotment letter will only be issued after the payment of advance security of Rs.50,000/- (or EMD converted in to advance security), which will refunded after successful completion of the contract.
