Scope of work as per e procurement mp:
Purpose of agreement:
The client requires the expert reading of CT scan, for their consumers who could be medical facility or facilities, or patients located at Super Specialty Block SSMC Rewa (Service Sites). Client desires to contract with service provider for professional interpretation of the radiology images generated at the Service Sites. Service Provider provides a full range of tele radiology experts skilled in this aspect, and is willing to provide the professional interpretation of CT scan images generated from the Service Sites.
Obligations of Service Provider:
1. Interpretive Services: Service provider shall arrange for the following items and services(Collectively, the "Teleradiology Services"), to be provided by one or more radiologist during the hours of coverage.
(a) Review and transfer of the images from a service site.
(b) completion of an official interpretation report signed by radiologist.
(c) Transmittal of the report by the Tele-Radiology software provided by Service provider to the service site.

2. Functioning and Compatibility of equipment and Software: Service provider shall maintain and provide all of the equipment and software to be fully functional and fully compatible with client software at all time.
3. Hours of Coverage: Service provider shall arrange for individual Radiologists to be available to perform interpretive services for client, all days (Monday to Sunday) in a week on 24*7 basis, Indian Standard time.
4. Turn around time (TAT): 4 hours for each study.

5. Qualification of Radiologist: Each Radiologist Shall:
(a) be credentialed by client and
(b) possess the necessary license to perform the interpretive service from relevant Indian Medical Specialist Board. Minimum qualification of radiologist must be MD along with three years of experience of CT scan reporting.
6. Supply of Software and support required to transmit images from existing service sites.
7. Reporting should be accurate and as per radiological standards.

Compensation: In exchange for the provision of the Tele-Radiology Services, "The Service Provider" would receive a per study fee based on the examination.
Term: The term of the Agreement will be of one year, Subject to annual renewals max up to three years under same terms and conditions thereafter, client can terminate service agreement offer 1 month prior notice.
